DEXLEY DORCELY
LEAD PASTOR
Dexley is originally from Fall River, Massachusetts. Prior to assuming the role of Lead Pastor, Dexley served as the Associate Pastor of Faith Community Church. He has also served as a pastoral intern/assistant at Grace Bible Church in Cranston. Dexley's early years of ministry were as a youth and children’s minister in Fall River. Before moving into full-time vocational ministry Dexley worked as a mechanical engineer.
Dexley is married to Brianna and they’ve welcomed their son Malachi into the world recently. He's excited to see God work in Faith Community Church, Providence, and beyond.
JONATHAN NOVAK
PASTOR
Jonathan serves primarily as our leader of youth ministry but he also uses his gift of teaching in various forms in our church. Jon’s testimony of Jesus is one of faithfulness. God has walked Jon through a wide range of life experiences but the one thing that has never changed is His guidance and call on Jon’s life. Jon is currently furthering his education, studying philosophy. His desire is to be able to help people wrestle through the hard questions of life and faith. Most importantly, Jonathan is a husband to Katie and a father to his two children.

Katie has been married to her husband, Jonathan, for 14 years, and they have two children. She is privileged to spend her days writing Bible Studies for the women of the church, and is passionate about books, podcasts, and bacon.

Joshua grew up on the panhandle of Florida and is new to the Providence community. He works as an Athletic Trainer and serves as a pastoral intern at Faith Community Church. Joshua is recently married to Zoribel and is excited to grow in Christ with the community of FCC and seeing God’s continued work in Rhode Island.
ENOCH OSAMAYE
Pastoral Intern
Enoch is originally from Lagos, Nigeria. Prior to the interning at Faith, Enoch served on his campus for multiple years in a ministry called Sankofa. He has also served on multiple missions trip with Cru. Enoch also worked with the youth and children ministry in his former church. Before interning he studied as a computer scientist. He's excited to see God move in peoples life in the community.
